1. Do you ship tumblers internationally?

No, we only ship within the United States at this time.

2. How long does shipping take?


Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

3. How can I track my order?


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

4. Can I return or exchange my tumbler?


Yes! You can return unused tumblers within 14 days of delivery. Please contact help@glammovers.store to request a return or exchange.

5. Are your tumblers dishwasher-safe?

Most of our tumblers are dishwasher-safe, but we recommend handwashing to maintain the finish and insulation quality. Check the product page for details.

6. How do I book a move with Glammovers?

You can book by contacting us via email at help@glammovers.store. Please include your moving date, pickup and drop-off locations, and a brief description of the items you need moved.

7. How much do you charge for moving services?

Our pricing is based on the distance, size of the move, and any additional services requested. For an accurate quote, reach out to us with your move details.

8. Do you offer packing materials?

Yes, we provide packing materials such as boxes, tape, and bubble wrap upon request. This can be included in your moving quote.

9. What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Los Angeles and surrounding areas. For moves outside the city, please contact us to check availability.

10. Are my items insured during the move?

Yes. We take every precaution to handle your items with care and offer basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage can be arranged upon request.

12. What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule your move up to 24 hours in advance without a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.

13. Do you handle large or heavy items like pianos or safes?

Yes, we can move oversized or specialty items. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the right equipment and crew.

14. Do you offer same-day or last-minute moves?

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Contact us as early as possible to check availability.
