Return Policy

At Glammovers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, undamaged water tumblers within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
  • Customized or clearance items
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

3. Return Process

To request a return, please email us at help@glammovers.store with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged)

Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—you will need to initiate a return.
