If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you on how to return items and request a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Returns should be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, like your order confirmation email or receipt.
- Returns should be sent back to us using a trackable shipping method.
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these criteria.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If it’s approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Keep in mind that it might take a little longer for your bank or payment provider to show the refund in your account.
- Since shipping within the U.S. is free, you’ll only need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please reach out to our customer support team before sending back your original purchase.
- We’ll hold your replacement item until we receive and verify your return.
Non-Returnable Items
There are certain products that can’t be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Products marked as Final Sale.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us right away at help@glammovers.store with your order number and photos of the item.
Return Process
- To start your return, just get in touch with our customer service team at help@glammovers.store Make sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our friendly team will send you the return address and all the instructions you need.
- Please ship the item back to us using a courier service that provides tracking.
- Once we receive and check the item, we’ll take care of your refund or exchange.
