Shipping Coverage
- Right now, we only ship within the United States.
- Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping or deliveries outside U.S. territories at this time.
- Every state, city, and town in the U.S. can enjoy free delivery from Glammovers.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping is completely free—no minimum order required, no sneaky handling fees, and no unexpected charges at checkout.
- The price you see for your item is the final amount you’ll pay.
Order Processing Times
- We process orders within 1–2 business days after we confirm your payment.
- If you place an order after 6:00 PM or on weekends/holidays, we’ll get to it the next business day.
- During busy promotional periods or peak seasons, processing might take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you in the loop if there are any significant delays.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- If you’re in a remote or rural area, it might take a little longer depending on courier availability.
- Keep in mind that delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, carrier schedules, or high seasonal demand, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as we can.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email confirmation with your tracking number.
- Tracking updates might take up to 24–48 hours to show up in the courier’s system after your shipment leaves our warehouse.
- You can check the status of your package online anytime to see where it is on its journey to your door.
Address Accuracy
- It’s important for customers to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- At Glammovers, we can’t take responsibility for any delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages that happen because of incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address, please reach out to us right away at help@glammovers.store so we can try to fix it before your order is shipped out.
Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipments
- If a package gets sent back to us because of an incorrect address, uncollected delivery, or refusal, our team will get in touch to set up a re-shipment.
- Please keep in mind that re-shipment costs may apply if the mistake was due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
